A Vibrant and Unique Concept
The new 80 Grados restaurant in Tres Cantos, located within the Netflix City complex, captures the colorful, playful, and vibrant spirit of the brand through a bold and unconventional design. Spanning 400 m² on the ground floor—including an indoor dining area, a triangular terrace conceived as a seamless extension of the interior, and an 80 m² mezzanine—the space offers a dynamic layout with continuous banquettes and a variety of seating arrangements.
The circle, a key element in the brand’s visual identity, features prominently throughout the design—appearing in the shape of the bar, ceiling details, custom carpets, lighting fixtures, mirrors, screens, and rubber flooring. Pink, the signature color of 80 Grados, sets the tone and pairs with mirrored golden methacrylates to create shimmering, reflective effects that shift with the light.
A central structural column, initially an obstacle, is transformed into the room’s focal point with a striking concentric neon ring chandelier descending from the ceiling. Above the bar, a large textile lamp nearly three meters wide offers a softer, calming contrast to the vibrant energy of the space.
The mezzanine level houses the restrooms and the DJ booth, offering a panoramic view of the lower floor. The bathrooms, designed as a central capsule wrapped in copper-toned wallpaper, feature a circular pink concrete sink and a playful chandelier made from colorful pool balls—becoming a visual highlight in themselves.
